Biorust has evolved over time, and its selection of tutorials is larger now. I originally went there when I was on my Photoshop tutorial kick back years ago. But they have some decent tutorials on other subjects too, like Illustrator, Flash, and Blender, as well as some web technologies (PHP, ASP, etc.).
